Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Verto360 Inc. ("Verto360", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit www.verto360.com (the "Site"), download resources from it, or contact us. We are based in London, Ontario, Canada, and we handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other privacy laws that apply to us.

By using the Site or sending us your information, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information you give us. When you fill in a form, request a resource, book a session, or write to us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company, role, and details about your project (for example its location, size, timeline and budget range). We collect only what you choose to share.

Information from your use of the Site. Like most websites, our systems and our service providers may automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the links you click, the date and time of your visit and the page that referred you.

Conversations with our assistant. The Site includes an AI assistant (named "Leo"). If you use it, we collect the messages you send and its replies, so we can respond to you and improve the service. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat.

Information from other sources. If you contact us through a third-party platform or a partner refers you to us, we may receive the contact details and project information that person shares.

We use personal information to:

• respond to your questions and requests, including requests for CAD or Revit files, technical support and sessions such as the Lunch & Learn;
• prepare quotes, proposals and project plans you ask for;
• operate, secure and improve the Site and our services;
• understand how the Site is used so we can make it more useful;
• send you information about our work and services where you have agreed to receive it, or where the law allows (you can opt out at any time);
• meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We collect, use and share your personal information with your consent, which may be express (for example, ticking a box or submitting a form) or implied (for example, when you contact us and expect a reply). You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits, by contacting us using the details in section 15. Withdrawing consent may limit what we can do for you.

The Site uses cookies and similar tools to make it work, to remember your preferences and to measure traffic. These include Google Analytics, which helps us understand how the Site is used, and advertising and measurement pixels from Meta (Facebook) and LinkedIn, which help us measure our campaigns and show relevant ads on those platforms. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Meta and LinkedIn ad settings. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

• Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, form and customer-relationship tools, email, analytics, advertising and AI services (including the platform that powers our assistant). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and insurers, and authorities where required by law.
• A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized, in which case the same protections apply.

We do not share your contact details with our manufacturing partner. If a technical question needs their input, our team asks them on your behalf.

Our service providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Where that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of that country, including access by its courts and authorities.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to meet legal or accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as the law requires.

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. We will respond within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at www.priv.gc.ca.

Where we send commercial emails, we do so in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Each message identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also write to us at any time to stop receiving marketing messages.

The Site is intended for architects, designers, contractors and business owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

The Site links to other websites and to documents hosted by third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will give a more prominent notice.
