The challenge
Working from a rented space on a tight budget, IJM needed to accommodate a growing team while keeping a workplace that reflected its mission and values.
Our approach
Verto360 designed a flexible modular office using the DIRTT Design Editor and digital fly-throughs — glass walls strategically broken for logistics and aesthetics, with safety elements concealed in custom panels.
The outcome
IJM now has a future-ready, easily adaptable workspace built for growth, with minimal drywall and zero change orders.

Their timelines were 100% accurate, their concepts were incredibly easy to understand, and they helped ensure our finished space was flexible and ready to adapt.
